Vi söker dig som vill skapa framtidens kommunikation

Prime & United Minds Recruitment Day

We are looking for that someone who can change the future of communications

Prime has expanded dramatically in recent years, but we want to grow even more. Our philosophy is that it’s your competence which is more important than your job description. If you’re the right person for us, then we’ll make sure that you end up somewhere you feel comfortable and where your talent can flourish.

Our recruitment day is the only way into Prime and United Minds. We do not respond to spontaneous applications.

The next recruitment days will be held on the 3rd of April and the 3rd of May and the application deadline is on the 14th of  March respective the 10th of April.

Below you can find information on the roles we are looking for.

Are you right for us?

Prime’s employees are a real variety of personalities and backgrounds. However we do look for a few traits:

  • You should be ambitious and kind.
  • You should want to perform on an individual level and at the same time function as a team player in our collective culture.
  • You are able and want to take full responsibility for tasks, however big or small. You are happy to work a lot and appreciate constant feedback.
  • You can find the right balance between taking your own initiative and sticking to assigned work.
  • You should also be interested in and/or competent at analysis or communications work and be able to express yourself both orally and in your written work.
  • Being a positive person with a sense of humor is a huge plus.

Are we right for you?

We will demand things of you, but we also do our very best to create the right conditions for you to develop at least as fast as we do. You set your own limitations, in our meritocracy, it’s not your gender, your background or your CV that will determine your success but your ability to perform and help yourself, your colleagues and the agency to achieve success.
